Board Digest

A briefing desk on board practice for Series A companies.

What this is

Board Digest sends short, plain‑text notes to the founders and CEOs of recently funded companies about how boards actually run. The topics stay narrow and practical: what belongs in a board pack at this stage, how to sequence an update so investors read it in the order you intend, and how governance setup — independents, committees, the consents that start mattering — tends to land in the first two years after a round. Every note is written for one company and one reader; there is no newsletter and no mailing list behind it. Reply and we will send the underlying material, whether that is an outline, a template, or a meeting structure. Ignore it and the thread ends on its own.
